Synergetics Dictionary Quotes
The Synergetics Dictionary is one of the best resources for quotes, and is currently being housed online at the

Synergetics Dictionary is a collection of flash cards put together by E.J. Applewhite, Fuller’s longtime collaborator on Synergetics. Thanks to Robert Gray’s extensive and tireless efforts for putting the entire Synergetics Dictionary online.
These flashcards, which comprise the Dictionary, are just that — definitions which intersupport the work of Synergetics, and also the generalized conceptioning of Universe Fuller weaves throughout all his books. Here you will find topics of many colors, ranging from the mundane, like boats, to the sublime, like God. Whereas Synergetics is a textbook requiring intense focus, the Synergetics Dictionary is a smorgasbord of pithy statements.
Currently, one uses the Synergetics Dictionary through a manual search. There is no keyword functionality at this point. Instead, users look for definitions of words starting with the letter of the alphabet of a word in question, and manually flipping through pages as if it were an analog book. The online capabilities are currently divided into JPG and PDF formats, which is arbitrary to the content, the preference is for the file formatting needs of the user.
For example, let’s say I want to know more about the word “Synergy.”
I start with the letter “S” and use the buttons available to me, +X and -X, to find the word “Synergy” listed under “S.” I would start with a big +X because the letter “y” in “sYnergy” means in alphabetical order “Synergy” is close to the end. If I am feeling adventurous, I could even start with the letter “T” and work backward in this case.
Thereafter, the Dictionary often houses several flash cards for each word, and a cross-referencing of other relevant words at the end of each sequence. This cross-referencing is often very fruitful for intrepid researchers open to exploring.
